REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS

Our policies are as follows:

1. Please note there will be NO EXCHANGES due to sanitation purposes, as well as health and safety concerns. Please ensure you're ordering the correct item and review the description of the item before checking out.

2.There will be no FULL REFUNDS. Partial Refunds are only considered under what the company deems an extensive circumstance.

3. Should there be a mistake or manufacturers' defect, I will follow proper protocol to confirm the issue/product is rectified or replaced. Please notify me within 24 hours of your purchase for an expeditious response. After 24 hours, your unit will no longer be eligible for replacement.

4. Cancellation policy- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once you have placed your order there will be no cancellation of that order.
